At Roly's Fudge, we pride ourselves on making the very best of handmade fudge, freshly crafted every day in full view of our customers.

Established for over 35 years, we now have nearly 50 shops across the country, all run independently and producing traditional fudge made with local and high quality ingredients.

You will be working in a team with one manager and several shop assistants.

Hours:

We can discuss this at interview, but it will be around the range of
25-30 hours across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Pay:

There will be a starting pay of
£ depending on your experience, which will increase. Bonuses are available at busy times of year.

A day in a Roly's Fudge Pantry can see you taking part in a whole range of tasks.

Serving customers throughout the day, you'll also learn how to make our artisan fudge from start to finish using high quality ingredients, according to our company guidelines.

Throughout the day you'll be managing and organising a small team along with other management support.

As well as this, you'll be learning how to and maintaining responsibility for the packaging of our gift wrapped boxes and bags of fudge.

As a team leader, you'll take a responsible role in banking and cashing up, opening and closing store, helping with paperwork, stocktaking and ordering supplies, and ensuring the highest food safety and health and safety standards for yourself and the team.

Full training will be provided.

The position is an active role which does require lifting heavy objects and cleaning duties, so you'll be fit and healthy for the role.

You will ideally have had retail experience.
