Main Purpose of job:

To be the main point of contact to Creators. To represent Digital Voices to the heart of the Influencer Marketing industry.


Salary - £26,000 -£31,000 PA

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Fully experience and engage with the influencer marketing world
  • Source and reach out to appropriate creators tailored to each campaign
  • Communicate with the client and content creators
  • Track and monitor campaign costs and results
  • Run content approvals by giving feedback to YouTube creators, ensuring they meet campaign requirements and confirm content publication dates
  • Work with the Account Manager to ensure the campaign is running smoothly
  • Manage production and campaign administration e.g. booking accommodation, travel, Invoices, contracts etc.
  • Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices

Person Specification

  • Be passionate about YouTube and able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in this area
    (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you'll need to have the ability to empathize with creators, especially during stressful time
    (essential)
  • Deep knowledge of creators and social media platforms
  • Have impressive organisational skills gained in previous roles
    (essential)
  • Confidence to work independently and on a fastpaced campaign
  • Previous industry experience in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Ideally speak a second language
