Description

Duties:

  • Assist with order entry and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Maintain organised filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with data entry and generating reports as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills

Salary:
£23,400.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

  • English (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Blackpool, FY4 5LZ (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Blackpool, FY4 5LZ: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
