Description
Duties:
- Assist with order entry and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with data entry and generating reports as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills
Job Types:

Salary:
£23,400.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
