Wellbeing & Benefits Coordinator - Skipton, United Kingdom - JN Bentley
Description
We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic Wellbeing & Benefits Coordinator to join our friendly People Team based in Skipton, North Yorkshire.
- Grow and develop the Wellbeing Community, providing ongoing support and guidance to Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders
- Create and present Wellbeing campaigns, resources, training and initiatives across the business
- Undertake project work to ensure key wellbeing, benefit and reward objectives are being achieved
- Oversee our flexible benefit platform and supporting with the management and renewal of our benefit policies
- What we require:
- A highly organised, assertive, meticulous, and influential individual
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to deal with individuals at all levels
- A friendly face to instil and maintain a positive working culture that has a strong emphasis on improving employee's wellbeing
- Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Packages
- A minimum of 1 day per week in the Skipton office, with the ability to travel to office / site locations across the UK
