Description

We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic Wellbeing & Benefits Coordinator to join our friendly People Team based in Skipton, North Yorkshire.

Grow and develop the Wellbeing Community, providing ongoing support and guidance to Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders
Create and present Wellbeing campaigns, resources, training and initiatives across the business
Undertake project work to ensure key wellbeing, benefit and reward objectives are being achieved
Oversee our flexible benefit platform and supporting with the management and renewal of our benefit policies
What we require:
A highly organised, assertive, meticulous, and influential individual
Excellent communicator with the confidence to deal with individuals at all levels
A friendly face to instil and maintain a positive working culture that has a strong emphasis on improving employee's wellbeing
Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Packages
A minimum of 1 day per week in the Skipton office, with the ability to travel to office / site locations across the UK
