As part of the new Communications & Insights Centre of Excellence, the Global Events & Brand Activations Department delivers all companywide events activity.

This role will support the delivery of Modern Luxury spaces for client experiences in our House of Brand Activations through the creative & delivery processes.

It will also support the delivery of physical spaces to promote and exhibit the House of Brands product at various events, exhibtions, autoshows and corporate activations

It will also provide a consultancy service to all Global markets ensuring consistency & implementation of the JLR strategy.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Support the implementation of the global strategy for Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar Houses delivering the Reimagine strategy through Modern Luxury execution
Assist in the delivery of global guidelines for all Brand House executions and implementation to market
Support the curation all brand experiences delivered through the Brand House model.
Support the global autoshow strategy and create and implement the global guidelines for all static vehicle exhibitions
To be involved in the China autoshow programme delivering the design of Modern Luxury show stands at all major China shows to showcase House of Brands products.
Delivery support of the Global Jaguar Racing Hospitality suite programme at all key races, deliver Reimagine strategy to showcase the electrification of Jaguar
Support implementation of effective measurement processes of all programmes and executions.
Manage global exhibitions storage and complex vehicle shipping programmes
Assist in the preparation of detailed budgets and monitoring of expenditure, ensuring cost, quality and timing commitments are adhered to
To be involved in detailed price negotiations with suppliers, in conjunction with Purchasing, in order to achieve the best possible options for the company, without compromising quality
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Proven experience of assisting in complex project management & experience delivery
Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Some experience of supplier management
Presentation experience preferred & good knowledge of PowerPoint
Extensive knowledge of production schedules and critical timing plans
Proven budget management experience
Luxury brand experience
Previous experience of successful price negotiations and budget management
