Description

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as the primary point of contact for the CEO.

Very well established business based in Eastbourne looking for an Executive Assistant to join their time.


Description
The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant will be;

  • Take a proactive approach to assisting the CEO and helping them plan their time.
  • Provide comprehensive support services to the CEO that ensures outstanding communication and responsiveness.
  • Provide diary/calendar management; prioritise inquiries and requests
  • Manage scheduling and travel logistics for the CEO.
  • Support the CEO with internal and external communications by reviewing, evaluating, and distributing by priority.
  • Support and manage a highvolume of requests and projects to meet the objectives of the CEO.
  • Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research when required.
  • Produce Spreadsheets on behalf of the CEO.
  • Review all documents, reports, and correspondence for format, content, grammar, and spelling; makes edits as necessary.
  • Organise board meetings, and support meetings by setting agendas and preparing papers.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Troubleshoot administration issues with little guidance needed.

Profile
The successful Executive Assistant will have;

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar role.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge including the ability to create moderately complex spreadsheets and format PowerPoint presentations to a professional standard.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Handson, cando approach.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Selfmotivated & punctual.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Job Offer
£35,000 - £38,000
