We are able to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced theatre nurse to join our Orthopaedic theatre team.

We have 2 posts on offer to help lead and shape the Orthopaedic service so experience within this specialty in a scrubbed role is essential.


The main requirement of this job is to demonstrate the ability to work proactively in order to support the Theatre Sister/Charge Nurse in the delivery of high-quality care and a positive patient experience of all patients visiting the theatre environment.

Primarily, this will be through effective role modelling of professional behavior's and the deployment of practice development and educational methodologies.

You must be able to demonstrate commitment to developing the service, show evidence of clinical leadership and multidisciplinary team working with excellent communication skills.
