NEW SERVICE OPENING IN DYSART
A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Enhance Healthcare.

As our business expands, we are seeking Team Leaders to join our new service opening in Dysart. The Service delivers excellent care to Younger Adults from 18 years upwards.

We are looking for Team Leaders who can bring together our support assistant and lead them in the delivery of excellent care.

Our team Leaders must have SVQ3. We will support working towards SVQ4. Our team Leaders must have the following skills

Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
A proven successful track record with a minimum of two years' experience leading teams within Social Care Services
The ability to build excellent relationships with Service Users families and key stakeholders.
The ability to grow a positive team culture to deliver excellent care.
Plan rosters in advance to ensure excellent service delivery
Ensure regular supervisions are completed with team members
Ensure our audit systems are current and up to date.

It would be advantageous to have knowledge of electronic care planning and medication. Full training will be given
