HYBRID - A remarkable international business school based in the West End of London is looking for a Programmes Coordinator who can provide professional support to Executive Education programmes at the London campus.
The role is primarily focused on programmeoperations including logistics, programme management and planning. The role also encompasses engagement with participants pre and post-study. Occasional travels, evening and weekend work as required.JOB ROLE:

JOB ROLE:
- Liaise with professors/speakers on all administrative aspects of Executive Programmes, e.g. distribution of course material, timetables etc.
- Liaise with participants on all administrative aspects, e.g. timetables, rules and regulations, feedback, marks and grading.
- Ensure top customer service to programme stakeholders (in close collaboration with Academic Directors, Professors, colleagues on other campuses, guest speakers etc.), to provide and receive relevant feedback on programme provision.
- Ensure top customer service to the participants: provide support to them on everything from handing out course material, to catering and external entertainment
- Liaise with internal support services: IT, catering, facilities, in order to ensure high quality Executive Education programme delivery
- Ensure the School overall and the teaching rooms are logístically set up for each programme: notify all departments about each of the programmes, produce signage at reception, participant name badges, name plates and programme certificates as appropriate
- Put together handbooks, folders when necessary and welcome packs
- Manage the online platform for each programme, in addition to the internal student database
- Participants of ExEd programmes and their sponsors
- Professors/speakers of the ExEd programmes
- Support services within the school: facilities, IT and Catering, Finance, HR, Events
- External suppliers: restaurants, transportation, hotels, etc.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Respect the confidentiality of data stored electronically and by other means in line with the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act
- The post holder must carry out their responsibilities with due regard to the nonsmoking environment of the School
- To attend training courses that may be identified as necessary by your Line Manager
- To undertake additional duties as may be reasonably required, commensurate with the level of responsibility
