Experienced Financial Services Administrator
Opportunity to progress with study support.
This role would suit someone with a financial planning background.
The Main purpose of the job will be to work closely with our Financial Advisors and assist other members of the Administration team.
- To arrange advisor appointments, obtain valuations and file preparation for client meetings including collation of fund information, obtaining illustrations, and updating client data.
- Carry out the administration of funds switches, withdrawals, probate requests.
- Liaising with advisers, product providers, clients, and professional connections, electronically, verbally and in written form.
- Building and maintaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of our internal systems and processes
- Ability to write reports.
Administration experience in a Financial Services background, a good level of education, attention to detail and work well as part of a team.
