Customer Service Administrator

Temporary to Permanent

£23,600 per annum (£12.07 per Hour)

Milton Keynes (Hybrid Role)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high quality service to engineers in the field, enduser Customers and the utility industry by ensuring the installation and maintenance of metering equipment is managed in line with industry and contractual requirements
  • Deal with queries from other industry parties relating to meter data
  • Aid in the resolution of any contractual nonconformities through escalation and assistance
  • Support the other departments in dealing with customer queries
  • Manage and understand the expectations of the customer and to ensure service lines are adhered to
  • Provide support and information to the field team whilst on they are on site.
  • Ensuring that the field team has been provided with all of the necessary information to enable them to access the site and successfully carry out the work required
  • Investigate and resolve errors affecting customers' data
  • Use Excel to create and provide reports for engineers and customers
  • Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution
  • Work closely with the other teams to ensure that customers satisfaction is always met
Experience

  • Experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Organised and responsive, enjoys working at a fast pace
  • Good level of Microsoft office packages including Excel
  • An appreciation of data alongside great analytical skills
  • Can manage own time well and meet deadlines
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a cando attitude
