We are now recruiting for an Administrator to join our Facilities team, at our London offices (EC2R).


Role context and purpose:


To support the Facilities team in the provision of a first class customer experience by providing day-to-day facilities service to ensure our premises are accessible and useable by all to support the Group's operational requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Facilities team in the delivery of facilities management services, contracts and projects ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with all current regulatory requirements, seeking advice as necessary;
  • Provision of administrative support to the business as required;
  • Act as a first point of contact for reporting and resolution of facilities issues, escalating where necessary to the Facilities team;
You'd ideally be working towards IWFM Level 3 qualification or have equivalent experience.

You should have previous hands-on experience in a similar facilities type role, and be great at communicating with our volunteers and speakers.

Additionally, training in any of these fields would be an advantage.

  • Basic food hygiene certificate
You should be available to work rostered shifts covering 8am to 10pm over 35 hours a week, with occasional lone, evening and weekend working;

  • Significant manual handling involved on a regular basis;
  • May be required to handle and serve alcohol;
  • Occasional travel to Swindon office (by train and paid for by BCS)
