Team Leader
Hours 06:30am - 16:00pm Monday - Friday

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team.

As a team leader you will know what it takes to lead a successful team and to deliver excellent customer service.

You will be working in our food processing warehouse where no two days are the same.

Leading a team of approximately 10 people in a faced paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our products are produced on time to meet all our customer requirements.

From leading a team washing reusable containers to handling many different types of food in both bulk and raw form this is a great opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills.

Main Responsibilities

To oversee the cleaning area to ensure that productivity is maintained to meet the requirements of the daily production schedule.
Be responsible for the entire production covering all workstations, optimizing workstations where possible to ensure maximum productivity.
Be responsible for ensuring that all allergen swab records and tests are carried out correctly and documented correctly in line with the quality process.
Ensure that the correct number of staff are allocated to all areas to meet production needs.
Ensure that efficiency is maintained throughout each station and that any issues and shortfalls are addressed.
Ensure that you demonstrate a positive culture and cando attitude and approach with other team members and team leaders.
Be responsible for conducting start up team briefs.
Ensure that all quality checks are carried out and documented in accordance with our quality process.
Ensure that all targets and KPIs are achieved on a daily basis.

You will need good planning skills.

Strong leadership skills

The ability to prioritise and adapt to changes.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
