Key Responsibilities;

Monitor driver's license checks on Davis license system keep all drivers up to date:

  • Add drivers and vehicles to R2C Fleet monitoring system continue with daily reports to ensure compliance:

Arrange spot hires of vehicles:

Raise order numbers on request:

Process all relevant fleet documentation

Carry out data input on various systems:

Keep Insurance Data Base up to date:

Manage and promote safe working processes:

Programme work and carry out to manufactures recommendations:

Ensure breakdowns are covered and carried out in a timely:

Complete daily record sheets and other reporting sheets within time scale given:

Work and promote working within our IMS & EFQM processes:

Ensure all staff are up to date with training and record on training matrix:

Ensuring the workshop is compliant and up to date with all HSE guidelines:

To actively foster a positive staff morale
