About Bounce Back. We work with young people and adults inside and outside of prison, and in the community who may be at risk of or have a history of offending or substance use. Our portfolio of services includes diversion, training and employment services, as well as running a construction social enterprise.

Responsibilities: The Corporate Partnerships Lead plays a critical role in generating funding to enable our participants to achieve their long-term employment goals, moving towards a life of inclusion rather than exclusion. You will be working across Bounce Back to create engaging volunteer programmes with corporate partners, employer partners and supporters.

The Corporate Partnerships Lead will be responsible for the winning and retention of funding through targeted business development activities.

You will design and implement a Corporate Partnerships strategy which will include ways in which we can diversify income streams through long term strategic partnerships.

The Corporate Partnerships Lead will work with the Employer Engagement Lead will develop a training package for employers to educate them on recruiting from diverse talent pool.


You will work closely with the Head of Innovation and Growth to ensure volunteer programmes are not only engaging for partners involved but that they offer meaningful opportunities for participants to learn, develop and progress.

We have an increasing demand for volunteering opportunities.

You will work closely with senior Bounce Back colleagues to create a blueprint for the exciting expansion of volunteering programmes which have the potential for volunteers/companies to offer investment and or sponsorship for further opportunities.


Duties:


  • Identify new prospects for corporate partnerships and Charity of The Year partnerships and writing compelling proposals and presentations to secure income.
  • Identify and engage local and regional corporate partners to support the growth of Bounce Back Foundation.
  • Plan regular events to engage new and existing corporate partners.
  • Coordinate the delivery of inkind donations, volunteering and probono support offered by corporate partners.
  • Provide high quality and personalised account management for existing corporate partners and their employees, ensuring that income is maximised through various opportunities.
  • Act as an ambassador for Bounce Back at networking events, job fairs and forums.
  • Design and deliver presentations offering opportunities to employers beyond hiring participants including corporate sponsorship and volunteering Write reports to demonstrate to existing corporate partners the impact of their support.
  • Work with corporate partners to develop a calendar of volunteering activities, as part of their social value contributions
  • Recruit volunteers against specific criteria to ensure they are appropriately matched and trained for each engagement activity.
  • Create volunteering packs corporate partners.
  • Develop briefing and induction for corporate volunteers prior to supporting projects and/or participants.
  • Work with corporate volunteers to ensure that safeguarding measures are in place at all times, to include where required DBS check.
  • Work with employer volunteers to deliver preemployment and soft skills training to participants including CV writing, interview preparation, linkedin profiles.
  • Ensure that all records are up to date, accurate and meet all GDPR requirements. Update all relevant databases with all data fields completed monthly.
  • In partnership with Head of Innovation and Growth, create and maintain a database of partners monitoring progress, donations and opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and resources associated with engagement activities.
  • Work with marketing department to ensure there is engaging promotional material through recruitment campaigns, case studies, testimonials and impact reports.
