Description
We're seeking a committed person to join us in a dual role covering concierge & gatehouse duties.


Primarily greeting our guest as one of the first smiling faces they see either at our gatehouse or when entering the hotel at our concierge post.

You'll help guide our guest through their stay making sure their needs are met.

Working alongside other teams in the hotel you'll be expected to have great customer service & a helpful approach towards maintaining the 5 star appearance of the hotel with duties to reflect this.

As part of our gatehouse team, you'll be responsible in ensuring vehicle access is managed correctly & efficiently including parking guests vehicles in our car park, so you must be a confidant driver with a manual/automatic driving licence is essential for this role.

Hours are expected to be 12 noon through to 9pm, 5 days per week which will include weekend work.

Annual Salary of £26, Wage increase after 3 month probationary period)
Salary is paid weekly.
Quality staff accommodation is available in Bowness.
