Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Familiarity with recruitment software and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fastpaced environment
Pay will be dependent on experience
