Job Title:
Recruitment Coordinator**
Job Purpose:
Main responsibilities, includes but is not limited to:
- Essentially you will have a passion for helping others, as one of your key responsibilities will be talking to people who are potentially interested in working for us;
- Providing recruitment guidance to Managers;
- Chasing vital employment reference checks;
- Research potential recruitment opportunities in the local community and implement new recruitment advertising opportunities update and manage adverts on external job boards;
- Attend job fairs when required;
- Present recruitment strategies and be involved in recruitment drives through external stakeholders and events.
The Person:
In addition to being an excellent communicator and highly organised and methodical, the successful Recruitment Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience within an in-house or agency Recruitment role;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Confident individual who is adapt in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, be enthusiastic, adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Ideally you will be comfortable using the internet, websites and social media and involvement in on boarding activities;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, and work independently to see recruitment through to completion;
- Ideal but not essential, experience with charity recruitment specifically in the care sector
The closing date for this position is 10th July 2023 with interviews scheduled to take place week commencing 17th July.
