Description

The key purpose of this Access Services Team Leader role is to manage a team who are responsible for delivering Access management across the Openwork Partnership, including the management of audits, licences, access, and some asset Management.

You will help prioritise the workload to ensure SLA's are met and excellent service is provided.
Carrying out access requests to help support the team daily.

You'll own the Knowledgebase for the Access Services Team ensuring processes and procedures are documented to provide a seamless support structure.

You'll also continuously work at identifying opportunities to deliver value add to the Access Services Team. Working with other teams within Technology to help streamline processes and improve the customer journey.

This is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office.


As the Access Services Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and motivating a team of Access Service Analysts.
  • Ensure the team follow documented processes to allocate access for starters, leavers, movers.
  • Responsible for the leavers process to ensure that all IT equipment is returned.
  • To manage the new starters welcome calls, including asking for resource from the IT service desk if needed.
  • Ensuring daily stats are produced to measure the team's productivity.
  • To quality check calls making sure the ticket best practice guide is being followed.
  • Responsible for all types of access Including allocation and removal of licences.
