We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator.
Ideal Person:
Computer Literate (essential)
Sage familiar (desirable but not essential)
Confident communicator verbally and written
Bubbly personality
Some flexibility with availability to work additional hours if required.
Organised
Ambitious - keen to expand the role
Role and Responsibilities
Data entry - support the team with administrative tasks
Answering the telephone
Managing the PODs - prior to and post delivery
Lunch time cover
Holiday cover where needed
Support with smaller customer Accounts.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Huntingdon, PE29 6WP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
