Description
The successful Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Logging enquiries and passing to relevant Partner/contact
  • Assisting with administration of new leads in CRM
  • Support on CRM
  • Overall cleanup & administration of sales opportunities
  • Adding new opportunities from external enquiries and existing clients
  • Creating batches of data for marketing or BD purposes
  • Assisting with new business proposals
  • Assisting with meeting prep
  • Providing chasers and reports on CRM activity

Profile

The successful Administrator will have the following skills/qualities:

  • Strong administrative background
  • Team player
  • Be driven to succeed
  • Experience with process, systems, Dynamics or CRM experience (desirable)
