Creative Services Coordinator role at a reputed international law firm, Birmingham-based, hybrid working, up to £32K.


A top global law firm is looking for a creative services coordinator in their Birmingham office to work closely with the creative account manager to ensure the success of their creative agency partners by balancing as assigned workload.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Assign creative requests to inhouse designers and agencies in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Maintain and update the library of artwork / images, liaising with colleagues globally for searches and related requests.
  • Support and manage the DAM (digital asset management) system.
  • Assist the creative account manager and account specialist in stakeholder relations.


This role will suit someone who has 1-3 years of experience working in professional services or in an agency setting for B2B clients.

Having experience in communication or creative services is required for the role.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the ability to simultaneously handle a number of projects and be able to multitask effectively.


Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
