We invite you to bring your professional health and safety qualifications and related career experience into play as you contribute to the growth of Ramboll's strategic health and safety risk management services in the UK and overseas, working across broad sectors and markets with a growing team of consultants.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a background in health and safety, either as a consultant or working in industry.
You must have the ability to deliver a high standard of work with fine attention to detail, a sound knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, and good communication skills to work with a wide range of colleagues and clients.

You will be a consultant in our fast-growing health and safety consultancy team, delivering a wide range of strategic and operational risk management assignments across most sectors and geographies.
We combine long-standing reputation for technical expertise with good practice and pragmatic, business-minded advice to assist clients address the complex interplay between regulatory and corporate requirements, organisational culture and change, and the increasingly technical challenges they face.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Delivering health and safety risk management services in a multi-disciplinary project environment.
- Delivery of project work (including corporate and regulatory compliance auditing, report authoring, risk assessment, training delivery, adhoc advice, and a wide range of other bespoke client solutions).
- Working closely with a wide range of clients.
- Development of proposals for new client work and supporting on bids/tenders.
- Supporting the wider promotion of H&S Services throughout the UK business.
- Providing support on wider H&S and environmental projects as required.

For this role, we believe your starting point is:- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- TechIOSH / GradIOSH with plans to obtain CMIOSH status.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Demonstrable previous H&S experience.
- Comfortable working in a team, but with independence to manage your own workload.
- An understanding of UK H&S legislation and maintaining compliance.
- Confident in a client/stakeholder facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good written skills, and attention to detail.
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Being well-organised, diligent, proactive, confident, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute.
You must be able to work flexibly, and have the ability to prioritise and manage workload, carry out tasks diligently to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
