- Develop and implement maintenance plans for new and existing production lines and facilities to ensure optimal reliability, maintainability, and safety.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues on equipment across the plant to maximize performance from production lines.
- Implement TPM, PPM, and routine maintenance schedules for machines across the site.
- Respond to critical breakdowns and malfunctions to minimize disruption to the production process.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance activities and processes.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings to support manufacturing and machine improvements.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels within the organization.
- Maintenance background with ideal experience in machining using tooling such as Lathes, Milling, grinding, drilling, welding, etc.
