Salary:
£85 - £115 per day

Our Secondary School is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact on the learning experience of secondary school students.


Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive and focused learning environment.

Support student learning: Provide assistance to students as needed, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Manage classroom resources: Ensure that all teaching materials and resources are used effectively during the absence of the regular teacher.

Build positive relationships: Establish rapport with students, encouraging a positive attitude towards learning and promoting a respectful and supportive classroom atmosphere.


Requirements:

Educational Background: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and handle challenges effectively.

Team Player: A collaborative and cooperative attitude to work with colleagues.

Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting the learning environment.
