£21,805.17 per annum + Company Benefits

What Will I Be Doing as An Administrator?


As an Administrator, you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative support to our busy funeral operations, clients, and suppliers.


Other duties will include:

  • Paying invoices by cheque/stamping for payment to head office.
  • Collate petty cash returns, look after the credit control for the region and payroll entry
  • Ensure that stationery stocks are kept at a reasonable level, without shortage or overspending.
  • Weekly cheque listing and contra cheque listing.
  • Preparing funeral accounts and sending these out for payments.
  • Maintain accurate, indexed records of funeral arrangements, accounts, and banking sheets
  • Input information into a computer, using the COMPASS system or any successive system that the company may introduce.
  • Provide excellent client service to all internal/external customers
  • You will liaise with business and service delivery leaders to ensure that any requests are being completed by the deadline.

What Do I Need?

  • Committed to the provision of excellent client service
  • Full UK driving license (Preferable)
  • Completed fulltime education to an acceptable standard
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Computer literate with basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Team building and working together as a team
  • Attention to detail
    (Essential):
  • Approachable always for both customers and peers

Advantageous:


  • Previous experience in the industry, though this is not required, as full training will be provided.
