AECOM plays a critical role in the conceptualisation and creation of amazing spaces, delivering projects and buildings that define skylines and communities.
AECOM Buildings & Places is made up of dedicated teams delivering projects in Commercial, Defence, Residential, Hospitality, Sports Venues, Work Places, Education, Government and Healthcare.

If so, we are looking for a Technical Assistant (TA)\_ to join our team to work on a variety of interesting projects.
As a TA, you will provide support to the team with a key focus on delivering a high standard of reporting in a fast paced, operational environment.

Job Responsibilities
As a TA your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Day-to-day administration support to our team
- Proactively record and maintain high levels of data, tracking progress of deliverables and dashboarding
- Supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of projects
- Have a key focus on reporting, analysing and communicating project activity
- Implement and maintain processes and standards for consistency and drive project governance
- Producing comprehensive written reports, minutes, presentations
- Assist with financial administration of projects including invoicing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Office 365 tools is essential. Power BI experience is desirable but not essential.
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to problem solve where necessary
- Ability to multitask and work under strict timelines with a flexible attitude
- Proactive approach with a willingness to continually change and adapt
Qualifications:
Relevant educational qualifications or experience in administration / accounting / finance or similar with good analytical and numerical skills
