An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual who wants to join our growing international business as a Purchasing, Stock & Export Controller.
Based in Cardiff, we also have international operations and offices in France, UAE, Qatar and Australia.

This role will be supporting our team who are building a growing fleet of Emergency Command Technologies throughout the UK and overseas.
This role is responsible for preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment, expediting the delivery of quality goods to ensure on time and within budget.
You will also be responsible for managing the stock controller and work with our Technical department to support the new product process including costing of materials.
You will also co-ordinate import and export of goods and equipment, be able to generate packing lists and commercial invoices relating to all export orders utilising correct commodity codes which will involve drafting and managing the necessary documentation and certificates for the efficient, cost-effective lawful execution of all export activities.
Work alongside the Finance team to coordinate and produce monthly recognised jobs reports, produce monthly stock holding by warehouse reports, this includes ensuring data within the systems is kept up to date and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001.
Requirements:
The essential requirements for this role, which may have been gained in either personal or commercial environment include:
- Experience of working in a purchasing department
- Proven administrative and office skills
- Experience of international importing & exporting procedures and administration including custom clearance
- IT literacy with experience of Sage 200, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
