  • WHERE DOES THIS ROLE FIT WITHIN TED'S TEAM?
  • As part of the Brand Marketing function you will be working as a key member of the wider Customer team. You are responsible for delivering the brand marketing objectives. You will act as a guardian and ambassador for the brand at all times, ensuring that all brand marketing activities deliver commercial results and respond to the global brand vision of Ted Baker.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- o Marketing Activities
- o Support in implementing an annual calendar of activity that builds brand awareness, affinity and customer acquisition.
- o Incorporate brand campaigns into the global marketing calendar, ensuring they align with Trade team's objectives, seasonal activities and key global marketing messages.
- o Identify areas of focus within your remit and deliver on-brand proposals that are creative, innovative and commercially driven.
- o Support with specific & focused responsibilities within key brand projects.
- o Campaign Management
- o Support and develop key elements of seasonal campaigns both offline & online ensuring robust planning, timely delivery and full evaluation of each activity.
- o Work closely with the wider customer team to support the delivery of the brand marketing calendar, whilst always ensuring a consistent approach to communications.
- o Proactively identify and propose new opportunities and partnerships that will drive brand awareness.
- o Submit well-crafted and clear briefs for required assets or collateral into in-house Creative teams.
- o Team Support
- o Build and nurture relationships both internal and external that will support with brand marketing solutions and activity on an on-going basis.
- o Collaborate closely and effectively with key stakeholders from the wider Customer team.
- o Manage processes efficiently and effectively with a strong attention to detail on; critical paths, budget and purchase order management, supplier management & post analysis.
- o Attend and contribute to weekly team updates

  • Awareness and internal communication of innovative developments within the fashion, media and entertainment industry of potential relevance to the business.
  • Awareness and internal communication of all new communication channels press, broadcast and digital media.
  • Team Working
  • Support the Head of Brand Marketing to deliver brand communication objectives.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team updates and lead additional team meetings where appropriate.
  • TOOLS OF THE TRADE
  • Previous experience in a similar role and in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge and experience of brand marketing
  • Highly organised and efficient with 'can do' proactive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, some copywriting skills preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage budgets and multiple projects consistently
  • Sound/Advanced working knowledge of IT packages
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
