Description

Remax Clydesdale Estate & Letting Agents are seeking to appoint an Office Support/Administrator for 4 or 5 days per week, to join their busy Sales team based in Biggar.


The position will be based in our Biggar office, with the occasional cover in one of our other local offices.

Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday plus a shared Saturday morning rota.

Experience in the sector is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided. Use of company car* for appointments _(*age restriction, see details below)._


Responsibilities:


  • Diary management and scheduling appointments.
  • Face to face contact with clients/public, answering telephone calls, updating vendors.
  • Providing support for other team members and general administration tasks.
  • Accompanied property viewings.
  • Creating property brochures and adding details to online software system.
  • Liaising with solicitors and surveyors.
  • Social Media updates.

Requirements:


  • Administration experience essential, preferably with an understanding of Microsoft Office and cloudbased software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • A mature, professional, friendly and goodhumoured attitude, with being able to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a busy office environment.
  • Full clean driver's license is essential. Use of company car for appointments (Applicant must be over the age of 25 due to insurance restrictions).
