Estimator ? Passive Fire Protection & Refurbishment

Industry Sector:

Clients include; Local authorities, Private clients, Main contractors, Developers, Architects, Surveyors.

The role of the Estimator will involve:

Estimator duties for various refurb, repairs, maintenance and fire protection requirements
Organising and participating in site survey visits in order to understand and develop scope of the work where necessary
Involvement in estimating the price of projects and producing quotations
Dealing with enquiries from various clients
Preparing and submitting accurate and detailed tenders within the timeframe provided
Continue to develop relationships with clients to secure further business
Complete all paper work & documentation for projects and tenders
Liaising with the Contracts Manager to facilitate the progression of tenders and projects ensuring that they?re running smoothly
Prioritise own workload to ensure customers? deadlines are met
Ability to resolve technical issues

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Passive Fire Protection with:

Must have estimator experience within the construction industry, ideally will have fire protection experience
Must be a great team player
Must be a hard worker that?s ready to get stuck in
Full UK driving licence
High levels of organisation and attention to detail
Confident individual
