Planning Administrator - Part Time

Milton Keynes, Kingston (MK10)

Monday to Thursday (8am - 3pm)

£18,600 Pro Rata (24 Hours per week)

Purpose


The Planning Administrator will support the Planning office with general administrative duties including; invoicing, raising credit notes, maintenance of systems, recording data and stock management.


Tasks & responsibilities:
(Not limited to)


  • Control of all finished goods invoicing UK
  • All process controls for Export invoices from proforma to official invoice and responsible to forward all documents to ensure smooth transit to customer.
  • Raising credit notes as required by the team or Quality control.
  • Filing of BOL copies after invoice.
  • Raising of purchase orders when instructed for raw materials/ films.
  • Booking control of all raw materials from excel and Alpla system through to filing
  • Maintenance of Purchase system
  • Update and monitor accuracy of customer / suppliers prices
  • Assist in data cleanse when required.
  • Keep up to date Suppliers Data base information.
  • Monitor supplier accreditations ISO/BRC and control relevant documentation.
  • Maintenance of Alpla order system close off completed orders
  • Monitor aged stock and ensure oldest stock is highlighted for delivery.
  • Stock control of materials undertake regular stock checks on materials master batches and films and ensure stock accuracy of Alpla stock system.
  • Keep the packaging waste data file updated in line with requirements and ensure available as requested

  • Strong administrative experience ideally within a medium to large scale business
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High attention to detail and organised
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal (competent Maths & English)
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
