Faversham

£22,000 - £24,000 basic plus bonus, OTE £30,000 - £40,000 (Top Performer earns £45k)

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Newly created roles due to growth and volume of work
Our client is looking for two experienced Customer Advisors to join their Automotive Repairs Sales department. Due to the continued volume of work for our client, they are looking to expand their team.

The successful Customer Advisor will be an organised, methodical individual who can manage their time and client enquiries effectively; builds rapport well and believes in going above and beyond for all clients.

The successful Customer Advisor will have excellent attention to detail as part of this role will include updating the CRM regularly.

Our client receives a huge number of enquiries a day per person, per day) for their service so the need is already; they are competitive when it comes to their prices so the most important thing for this role is to build rapport with your customers, demonstrate why you are the best company for them and to be consistent with your follow up calls.

The key responsibilities for this Customer Advisor include but are not limited to:

Contacting clients who have enquired via the website to establish the customers need and provide a quote for the work
Scheduling and carrying out follow up calls with all previously quoted customers
Adding detailed and accurate notes to the CRM
Booking the work in with the Service Advisor so they, and the Aftersales Team can then liaise with them going forwards

The successful Customer Advisor will have / be:

A hardworking, committed individual who takes pride in their work and the service they deliver
Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively
Good people skills to interact with colleagues, crossfunctional teams, senior management and customers
Handson and delivery focused, committed to achieving KPI's and results.
