What you'll do


Within your role you will work alongside improvement teams and a range of stakeholders, to ensure we implement robust, sustainable processes and significant improvements.

Focus will be on measuring adherence and performance once a process or improvement is implemented. You will ensure processes, improvements and simplifications are communicated and adopted effectively by all stakeholders. In addition, highlight and evaluate how digitization, automation and data can support all enhancements, to benefit the delivery.


Who you are

An individual with the following skills and attributes:

  • Takes a structured approach and has attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
  • Experience in simplifying and improving processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure or telecom delivery
  • Experience in business analysis or business process modelling
  • Project Management qualification desirable.
  • Ideally Business/process review qualification or experience, e.g. BPM, Six Sigma, Lean
