About The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall's customers.

TASKS & DUTIES:

Achieve personal sales results
Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
Refer every client to the Protection Team for advice
Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
Maintain daily structure
Build relationship with Foxtons within office (where appropriate)

MEASUREMENTS:

Mortgage case volumes
KPIs file audit grades, test results, case vetting
RBM grade
Protection referral levels
Client feedback
Competent Adviser Status achieved
Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus

LOCATION:

This role will involve a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn.
