Warehouse Yard Spotter/Receiver

This is a DUAL Position

The Warehouse Yard Spotter/Receiver will Safely operate yard trucks to move trailers between yard locations, loading docks, and designated areas.

Inspect trailers for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues before moving.

Also responsible for receiving merchandise and materials from outside vendors. Responsible for handling, unpacking, or uncrating merchandise and materials for routing or storage in the proper department.

WORK SCHEDULE: SUNDAY - THURSDAY 10:30PM - 7AM

Key Responsibilities

• Safely Operate Yard Trucks
• Inspect Trailers for Safety and Cleanliness
• Receive Merchandise and Materials from Outside Vendors
• Handle, Unpack, or Uncrate Merchandise and Materials

Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a cold environment for long periods of time (30 to 40 degrees).

Must be able to stand, walk, and climb frequently.

Noise levels in the work environment are typically moderate to high.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
• Class A License with 1 Year Minimum Experience
• Minimum of Two Years Previous Experience Working in a Warehouse Environment
