Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team in Melton Mowbray on a permanent basis.

Monday - Friday

Between 8am & 6pm (40 hours per week)

Opportunity to work Saturdays at overtime rate

Salary is between 20k to 22.5k

Christmas Bonuses given

21 days holiday increasing to 25 dependent on service

Extra days holiday given over Christmas

Duties will include:

  • Taking inbound calls.
  • Input customer related data accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining and updating back office programs
Experience/Skills required

  • Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to work
  • Takes ownership and provides solutions
  • Confident communicator written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail & data accuracy
  • Team Player
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs
  • Experience with Excel
