Role mission:


We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who is also well versed in user research and interaction design, with the skills and experience to own their projects end-to-end from discovery to delivery into development.


This role will have sole responsibility for improving the design of our much loved products so this role suits people who are confident in planning and facilitating research and stakeholder workshops, someone who loves to delve into complex processes and workflows.

Someone who is comfortable listening and expressing their views in discussions with opinionated stakeholders and used to product owners and developers in Agile teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate product design from concepts and storyboards to mockups and prototypes.
  • Run workshops with stakeholders to explore the problem space and codesign.
  • Plan, design and implement user studies.
  • Champion UX across the business
  • Help design, develop and maintain a comprehensive design system for our products.
  • Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Product Managers and Developers

What we're looking for:


  • Deep understanding of UX principles & proven and demonstrable experience in a UX design role
  • You must have a strong portfolio that demonstrates process and results
  • Experience planning and facilitating successful design workshops
  • Experience producing user journeys, wireflows and mockups
  • B2B workflow or other highly complex product design experience, with wireframes/prototypes you created yourself
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software delivery team
  • Working with planning tools like JIRA
  • Axure, Figma or similar tools
