Description

We are looking for someone who feels that they can provide an effective and efficient administrative service to our ELFT Services.

S/he will be expected to work flexibly within the administrative team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the systems underpinning service-to-service users.


You will need to be able to communicate well and show good customer care skills -someone who likes to solve problems and show empathy when required.

Work on your own at times and be proactive in your approach.

  • You will be based at reception as it is a front of house role meeting and greeting
  • Fact finding
  • Showing visitors around
  • Booking appointments
  • Logging maintenance jobs
  • Work with patients/clients to find out what they need
  • Comply and undertake all Trust Mandatory training
  • Cover colleagues at short notice
  • Travel to other sites when necessary
  • Update data
  • Complete workarounds and check all health & safety issues/concerns
  • Complete incident forms
  • Order goods
  • Frank post sort out post and deliveries
  • Stationary keep stores in order
  • This is a general list but the JD will outline other aspects of the role
