Customer Services Apprentice - London, United Kingdom - East London NHS Foundation Trust
Description
We are looking for someone who feels that they can provide an effective and efficient administrative service to our ELFT Services.
S/he will be expected to work flexibly within the administrative team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the systems underpinning service-to-service users.
You will need to be able to communicate well and show good customer care skills -someone who likes to solve problems and show empathy when required.
- You will be based at reception as it is a front of house role meeting and greeting
- Fact finding
- Showing visitors around
- Booking appointments
- Logging maintenance jobs
- Work with patients/clients to find out what they need
- Comply and undertake all Trust Mandatory training
- Cover colleagues at short notice
- Travel to other sites when necessary
- Update data
- Complete workarounds and check all health & safety issues/concerns
- Complete incident forms
- Order goods
- Frank post sort out post and deliveries
- Stationary keep stores in order
- This is a general list but the JD will outline other aspects of the role
