Your Role


You will be focused on processing renewal invitations for the existing business team and the provision of onboarding packs to customers.

A key requirement of the role is that all activity performed aligns with our values and behaviours, with a customer-centric focus always maintained.


  • Confirm insurance coverage for customers in accordance with FCA regulation
  • Upload customer correspondence to the TIO CRMS system
  • Obtain alternative quotations for existing business customers when required
  • Ensure renewal invitations are processed in accordance with TIO and FCA requirements
  • Support the customer services team as and when required
  • Communicate delays in the processing of renewal invitations to relevant team managers
  • Complete all reports, system and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies
  • Create excellent working relationships across the Verastar colleague community.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in commercial insurance customer service preferred, but not essential
  • Demonstrable evidence of a stable employment record
  • A basic level of understanding of B2B sales processes is preferred, but not essential
  • A basic level understanding of regulatory and customer requirements impacting insurance policies, preferred, but not essential
