Description

You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from Landlords and prospective tenants relating to rental properties.

You will organise viewings for prospective tenants and guide them through the viewing process. You will obtain viewing fedback and pass this on to the Landlord and Property Valuer.

Once a move-in date has been agreed you will ensure a smooth hand over of the Applicant, Landlord and the process to date to the local Property Manager who will oversee the tenancy from the date of move in.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid luinch plus 1 in 4 Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
