Reporting intothe UK Sales Director you'd be working closely with the board, management and colleagues to support the growth of the business from a people perspective.
Job Description & Person Specification
This role is responsible for the Sales activities related to the small Dealer customers that we have, the renewals activity as well as operational process and project developments
Implement and manage the Desk Based Account Management team to deliver customer account management and sales volume in small Dealers.
Manage the operational activitiesaround project and product launch plans. Be responsible for the CRM Database, improving data quality and sales reporting capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with the 3 Regional Sales Managers on actions to achieve the element of the Regional target that is associated with the DBAM team.
- The 3 members of the DBAM team will also be involved in Dealer onboarding for the whole Region and then managing contact and sales levels with the smaller Dealers.
- Improving Database quality through prospecting activity and ensuring process alignment across the Regions Account Managers
- Each of the DBAM team will also be associated with a defined list of Corporate customers providing support to the Corporate Sales department
