Retail Automotive - Swindon - Hybrid

About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Retail Automotive team as a Customer Services Team Manager.

Our business has an incredible mixture of corporate and retail customers, all of which require first class service and ongoing professional support.

Within this role you will be supporting your established, experienced, team of 20 as well as being integral with the hiring of new talent.

You will be utilising your previous management experience to react to problems and take the lead with decision making,problem solving and complaint management.

As a Customer Services Team Manager you will use your influence to motivate, coach and support your team to achieve operational SLA's, both individually and collectively as a team.

This is a fast paced environment and you will need to demonstrate resilience and commitment to providing expert advice and support whilst ensuring all requests are captured and handled professionally within or ideally exceeding expectations.

They are also responsible for helping resolve core issues to create a proactive approach and improve the overall customer experience.

You will also drive a culture of continuous improvement to guarantee efficiencies and improvements in the customer journey are identified and implemented and rolled out across the business.

About You

We are looking for an energetic and confident individual who has proven experience in managing and leading a team and can evidence this success through objective achievement, customer satisfaction and team development.

Someone who is incredibly customer centric and can drive a culture of customer experience and advocate the customer at every point of the customer journey.

Ideally you will be familiar with the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to inspiring peopleto shine and change.

Retail automotive experience, knowledge of using salesforce and Genesis, would be the icing on the cake

Key Skills Required:

Operational people management experience
Customer experience mindset
Creative approach to changing workloads and priorities
Agile thinker who can quickly resolve issues
Proficient in MS Office packages is essential
Ability to demonstrate reporting from CRM call centre systems
