To work with the Medical Staffing Co-ordinator to co-ordinate and administrate the placements of trainee doctors throughout their training placements Provide basic advice and guidance on medical staffing related matters for all trainee medical staff in the To co-ordinate rotations and inductions of trainee doctors ensuring essential administration is completed in a timely manner To assist with the recruitment of trainee doctors on Trac including the following: Pre-employment checks Offer letters and starter packs, ID badges Processing DBS checks Processing Occupational health referrals Creating and maintaining personnel files Creating and maintaining personnel records on the ESR system To maintain curriculum delivery expenses which require reimbursement To process annual leave and special leave application and maintain records To process expenses in a timely manner working towards monthly deadlines Administration and data input of records on ESR and other databases and forms To maintain accurate information on electronic databases for reporting purposes To request stock and non-stock requisitions for approval by line manager To develop and enhance administrative processes as agreed with line manager.
