About Our Client:
- Complaints Officer
- NHS Trust
- Band 6, £19.50ph + £3.03 holiday pay = £22.53 per hour
- Temporary role for 3 months
- Based in Maidstone
Complaints Officer - NHS:
Required to work on existing complaints to review information provided by clinical divisions and use this information to draft a written response to the complaint.
Process:
- Analyse complaint, identifying issues, themes and concerns.
- Review information already provided by division, ensuring that it has addressed each concern and identified learning/improvements where possible.
- Identify any outstanding information required to address the complaint concerns.
- Use information to draft a Trust response to the complaint.
The Successful Applicant:
Complaints Officer - NHS:
- Previous role in a Complaints team
- Previous role in the NHS/Public Sector/Healthcare
- Knowledge of Datix/InPhase system
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication (particularly written)
- Drafting skills
- Analytical skills
- Adequate typing speed
- Clinical knowledge desirable
- Knowledge of the NHS Trust desirable
