About Our Client:


  • Complaints Officer
  • NHS Trust
  • Band 6, £19.50ph + £3.03 holiday pay = £22.53 per hour
  • Temporary role for 3 months
  • Based in Maidstone

Complaints Officer - NHS:


Required to work on existing complaints to review information provided by clinical divisions and use this information to draft a written response to the complaint.


Process:


  • Analyse complaint, identifying issues, themes and concerns.
  • Review information already provided by division, ensuring that it has addressed each concern and identified learning/improvements where possible.
  • Identify any outstanding information required to address the complaint concerns.
  • Use information to draft a Trust response to the complaint.

The Successful Applicant:


Complaints Officer - NHS:

  • Previous role in a Complaints team
  • Previous role in the NHS/Public Sector/Healthcare
  • Knowledge of Datix/InPhase system
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication (particularly written)
  • Drafting skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Adequate typing speed
  • Clinical knowledge desirable
  • Knowledge of the NHS Trust desirable
