Director of Sales and Partnerships


Salary Range:
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Commission

Director of Sales and Partnerships you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Marketing Initiatives:


  • Devise and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels to reach a wider audience.
  • Create compelling content and collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

Recruitment Support:


  • Assist in the recruitment process for the sales team.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs for new hires.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to improve strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
