Description

Our client is looking for an experienced, Central London, mobile facilities engineer to carry out PPM and building fabric repairs to clients premises located throughout London.

This will include electrical, lighting, plumbing, heating, fixtures, fittings,locks, door furniture, and general handyman duties such as painting, decorating etc.

Due to location of clients (mainly office and commercial buildings), this will require travelling around Central London by public transport (Zones 1 & 2), which will be fullycovered by the company.

Driving license not essential.

You will need to have an electrical qualification (18th edition) as well as proven facilities and property maintenance experience (ideally carpentry skills).This will be an autonomous role so organisationand self motivation will be a key attribute.
