Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products or services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Salary:
From £24,663.85 per year
