TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in

Durham, DH15TW. They are looking for an experienced

Help Desk Operator to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation of the switchboard console and bleep system
High volume Outgoing and Incoming call handling.
Monitor CCTV on pre set cycle when Security or on a call (supporting role only)
Radio response to Security while on patrol or response (supporting role only)
Responsible for the completion of doctors on call rota and submitting copy to the Accident & Emergency department.
Lone working, out of hours.
Prioritise call logs.
Responding and completing routine emergencies, Paediatric/Obstetric emergencies, Fire Calls, Child Abductions, Bomb Threat and Major Incidents.
Provision of 24 hour monitoring and response in accordance with procedures to include, Fire, Plant Alarms, Intruder Alarms and Gas Alarms.
Deal with all calls in a courteous and tactful manner and redirecting as and when required.
The post holder will be expected to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Reporting of faults on extensions, exchange lines, private circuits, and staff location systems.
Provide directory enquiry service for hospital employees and the public.

Hours: 7-7. Includes night work, day work, and weekends.

Pay:
£10.37 Per Hour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Basic DBS Check (Can be organised for you)
Experience in a similar role
