Over the past 20 years, we've built Genie Ventures to be an independent, entrepreneurial and successful business in the noisy world of performance marketing.
We have three much-admired brands (Genie Goals, Broadband Genie and Genie Shopping) and an increasingly experienced team of 60+ with an award-winning culture.
We've seen significant growth over recent years, and believe that now is the time to take Broadband Genie and Genie Shopping leadership to the next stage by creating CEO positions for each brand.
Each CEO will have the opportunity to develop the vision, have overall ownership of the strategy and the P&L, and will also play a role as part of the overall Genie Ventures Executive Team.
Each brand already has an experienced operational and leadership team in place, which the CEO will take responsibility for leading and growing.
It's non-negotiable that the CEO will value team engagement and impact alongside financial goals.
